Our Mission: by paying close attention to detail, we aim to give your brand more in-store sales time and exposure than any other field marketing company in New Zealand.
Sales Representation
- All staff are trained in your products, and must have a high level knowledge of your company’s brand, messages and product qualities
- Our Reps, will wait to see the buyers, or schedule an appointment on each visit, and must make sure they go through all product ranges and pricing in order to get your products in-store.
- Brand Champs believes in quality of time, our reps do not have 30 different pitches to make in a 15 minute time frame, we believe in giving our reps less clients, in order to talk more in-depth to the buyer about your products, and to get those orders through.
- All rep calls are to be recorded and sent back to the client for reporting
Merchandising
- All our merchandisers are experienced in all category’s/areas.
- They are fully trained in our clients' products and clients' way of doing things.
- We have strict protocol on checking and rotating stock, stock levels, seeing the buyer if product is out or getting low.
- All Merchandisers must do a daily report on each days store visit, and list product levels, which is sent to client
In-store Demonstrations and Sampling
- All our Demonstrators are passionate about their job and the products they are demonstrating.
- They are all trained in the clients' product, and given full client and product brief prior to each demonstration.
- They must complete a full demonstration report at the end of each Demo, which is then sent to client with a ROI report.
